When you write to us
To help us understand the problem faster, please include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened.
- Your Mac's version (Apple menu → About This Mac) and the Lupy version.
- A screenshot of the message, if one appeared on screen.
Do not send passwords, keys or private documents. If we need something like that, we will tell you how to share it.
Personal data requests
If you have a request about your data, write to the same address; for details see the Privacy and KVKK pages.
Status
Lupy is not out yet. You can use the same address to join the waitlist.
